A relatively upright (i.e. erect) shrubby plant growing 0.3-2 m tall. Its stems are densely covered in soft hairs, some of which are sticky (i.e. glandular). It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
